In order to promote the stabilization of the real estate market, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development (hereinafter referred to as "MOHURD"), together with relevant departments, has recently launched a combination of real estate policies. Among them, two incremental policies were announced on October 17th, which attracted widespread market attention. Various regions are also focusing on implementing and refining incremental policies, increasing support for urban village renovation and real estate "whitelist" project financing.
Chen Wenjing, Director of Policy Research at Zhongzhi Research Institute, stated that the current direction of real estate policies has been clarified, and promoting the implementation of various policies is crucial.
Accelerate the transformation of urban villages
On October 17th, Ni Hong, Minister of Housing and Urban Rural Development, stated at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office that on the basis of the renovation of urban villages and dilapidated houses in the early stage, an additional 1 million units will be added, and policy support will be increased through monetization.
At present, some regions have announced that they will follow up and implement it. For example, on October 26th, at a relevant press conference, Gao Yi, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Henan Province, stated that seizing the opportunity of supporting urban expansion policies in urban village renovation, organizing various regions to plan and launch a batch of urban village renovation projects based on the wishes of the masses, and encouraging the use of monetary resettlement, not only solves the housing problem of urban village residents, but also effectively digests market inventory.
